Strengthen, Nourish, Thrive is a program for women in (or around) their 40s who are looking to reclaim their health & feel their best. With a focus on strength training, nutrition, and self-care, this program will help you feel strong, energized, & confident during this transitional phase of life.

There is a way to work smarter, not harder and to take back control of our health as we age. We have to tackle this in three ways:

  • Exercise - we must incorporate exercises that stimulate & build muscle (yes ladies, don't be afraid of building muscle)! You will be amazed at how quickly you notice positive changes AND you get to build up that muscle bank so that your health, weight, & wellness stabilizes as you age.

  • Nutrition - small tweaks make a big difference. We must learn how to prioritize certain macronutrients while balancing our hormones & blood sugar levels without being overly restrictive (which can leave us undernourished & cause rebound eating.)

  • Mindset - A healthy relationship with our body starts with our mind. It's time to change our thinking and use our inner wisdom to connect to & care for our bodies like never before. Let's heal our relationship with food & our bodies so we can pass these powerful lessons on to the next generation.

This 6-module program is for all levels and can be done at whatever pace works for you, whether it be 6-weeks or 6-months. Each module contains a nutrition focus, a habit focus, and a workout focus. You will receive a High Protein Recipe pack with 10 breakfast, 10 lunch & 10 dinner recipes that are simple, easy & nourishing. In addition, you’ll have access to a weekly Flexible Meal Plan to help you easily create a personalized eating protocol that works for you & your body.

Each module has a self-care focus and short video lessons along with worksheets to help you implement the habits. The workouts are short & simple and contain pictures and short demo videos as well as full-length workout videos if you want to do them “with” me.
