With a focus on strength training, nutrition, mindful eating, peri/menopause care, and mindset, this program will help you feel stronger, more empowered, and more confident to reach your goals in this unique phase of life.

We'll focus on simple yet powerful principles, habits, and tools that will give you the knowledge & confidence to reclaim your health, reconnect to your body & truly feel your best through perimenopause & beyond.
