I work with women (40ish +) who want to reclaim their health, optimize their fitness and feel strong and confident in their body.

Like many women in their 40’s & beyond you might be experiencing new, unwanted symptoms such as:

  • Weight gain (especially in your middle)

  • Digestive issues

  • Mood swings

  • Heart Palpitations

  • Fatigue

  • Trouble sleeping

  • Hot flushes

  • Skin dryness

  • Irritability

This can be a really confusing time because you don’t feel like your lifestyle has changed, and yet your body is, and not in ways that feel good!

And the things that might have worked in the past not only don’t seem to work anymore may even seem to make things worse.

I remember when I decided to tackle the sudden weight “puffiness” and health issues I was experiencing in my mid-40’s. I started eating “healthier” (aka lot of low calorie salads) & running more…only to feel like I was sliding backwards. It was such a confusing and frustrating feeling!

What was worse was the belief that my best days were behind me. Suddenly all those aging jokes about being “over the hill” felt all too real. It felt as if my body was suddenly in decline and there was very little I could do to really help it.

So, I did what I always do when there is a problem I can’t solve. I put on my readers (well, now I do ;)) and started deep diving into the research. Podcasts, books, videos, experts, published studies….what does the research say about how to navigate this phase of life.

What I found, and began to implement, was not only helpful, it made me feel hopeful. I went from feeling helpless to empowered. I went from feeling like I was on the defense against hormones, aging, and disease to feeling like I had the upper hand. I went from feeling like my best days were behind me to feeling like the best is yet to come.

But the truth is, our bodies are changing and so must our strategies. What worked for us in the past might not work the same way now. We need to have a plan that not only helps us feel better now, but set us up to thrive as we age.

Exercise - we must incorporate exercises that stimulate & build muscle (yes, don't be afraid of lifting some weight)! You will be amazed at how quickly you notice positive changes AND you get to build up that muscle bank so that your health, weight, & wellness stabilizes as you age.

Nutrition - small tweaks make a big difference. We must learn how to prioritize certain macronutrients while balancing our hormones & blood sugar levels without being overly restrictive (which can leave us undernourished & cause rebound eating.)

Mindset - A healthy relationship with our body starts with our mind. It's time to change our thinking and use our inner wisdom to connect to & care for our bodies like never before. Let's heal our relationship with food & our bodies so we can pass these powerful lessons on to the next generation.

  • Virtual coaching has so many advantages because of the flexibility and ability to work it around your schedule. We will do an initial phone or Zoom call and then you will receive support through email, What’s App, and my training app. If you need extra support via phone or Zoom, no problem, we can schedule that as needed.

  • My initial program is 3 months (12-weeks). If you need support after that we do it on a month-to-month basis.

  • The workouts will be tailored to your starting fitness level, your goals, and what you have access to. We will set your workout schedule together. I will strongly encourage you to incorporate resistance training as this has been shown to have the most beneficial impact on women over 40.

  • The investment for coaching $797 for 12-weeks paid in full or $297 every 4 weeks.
