What does the program include?



Toning & tightening starts in the kitchen. It’s true that 80% of our results come from what we eat & you can’t outrun (literally) a bad diet.

I know it’s a confusing diet world out there & it can feel overwhelming at times. But the truth is, a few simple tweaks can have big impact.

As a certified nutrition coach my mission is to help clients implement realistic dietary habits that move them towards their goals. I’m not about a strict diet plan or a one-size-fits-all approach.

I will teach you how to eat in a way that fuels your body, regulates your hormones, helps you shed unwanted pounds and allows you feel amazing in the process.



As part of this program I will give you a simple to follow and easy to implement workout plan.

My tone & tighten plan gives you short daily workouts that you can do from anywhere, including the comfort of your own home. All you need is a yoga mat and a pair (or two) of dumbbells.

Not only will you receive this 6-week workout plan to keep forever, but during the 6-weeks I will walk you through each workout so that you know exactly how to do the exercises, which muscles they are targeting, how to modify or progress and how to get the most out of each session.

I’ll do many of the workouts LIVE in the Facebook group to add extra motivation and a feeling of camaraderie.

It’s one thing to know what to do, it’s another thing to actually do it.

Information is great, but without follow through we won’t get the results we want.

To me, the mindset work is the most exciting (& maybe the most interesting). I’ll teach you how to move towards your goals fueled by emotions that serve you. Imagine how much more successful you will be when you know how to generate feelings of excitement, motivation, confidence & determination on a regular basis!

I’ll also teach you how to manage urges & craving without using willpower and how to follow-through on the things that can feel hard or uncomfortable without feeling miserable & deprived.

  • When is this program offered?

    • The LIVE 6-week program will run from Monday, April 29th through Friday, June, 7th.

  • What will I need to do this program?

    • This program is completely online so as long as you have access to the internet and a computer/tablet/phone you will be able to access all the information.

    • For the workouts, a yoga mat or towel and a pair or two of dumbbells are all that is required.

  • What else do I get?

    • You will get access to my 6-week curriculum, a private Facebook page & the Tone & Tighten workout plan.

    • I will do weekly Q & A coaching sessions and you can email me anytime with questions.

  • How much time does it require?

    • The workouts are all short! You can get most of them done in as little as 10 minutes depending on how many circuits you want to do.

    • As for the online curriculum and community you can put in as much or little time as you want! Most of what I teach is simple, easy to implement habits and skills that do not require a lot of extra time.

  • What is the cost?

    • The 6-week program cost is a one time fee of $99.
