Module #8: Self-Care & Future Focus

In week #8 we will discuss the importance of self-care for long term weight loss. Self-care is so important but it’s not all rainbows & unicorns (or bubble baths & manicures). The truth is, sometimes choosing to care for yourself is the hardest choice. It often means we have to create new habits, think new thoughts and chose long-term benefits over short-term gratification.
