What is it?
A mini session is a 30 minute consultation in which we can discuss a specific issue you are struggling with related to diet, exercise, emotional eating or weight loss. It is also a chance for you to ask any questions you have about my coaching programs.
How do we meet?
We'll "meet" via a phone call. When you set up your appointment just input the best phone number to reach you at and I'll call you at the scheduled time.
